The units are designed for 2-3 people to relax comfortably after a long day, prepared at a top-class condition and full of services and amenities to enjoy.

ROOM TYPE

Upflo Hostel provides two types of rooms, TYPE2 and TYPE3.

TYPE 2

A unit for two containing a queen-size bed and a bathroom. The interior of the unit is inspired by a minimalistic concept, embracing a clean ivory palette with touches of wooden hue. The relaxing, fresh atmosphere of the unit is a perfect place for a time-out whether it is for business or travel.

TYPE 3

A unit for three containing a queen-size bed, a single bed and a bathroom. The interior of the unit is conceptualized by a toned-down gray and finished with wooden furniture that completes the relaxing atmosphere. The unit provides a comfortable stay for three as a family, members of a business trip or travel with friends.

RESERVATION GUIDE
  • After a successful transaction of the reservation, a confirmation message will be sent.
  • Reservation will be cancelled if the transaction is not made within 12 hours
  • If conflicting reservations exist for the same unit on the same day, the priorities will be set by the earliest request time.
  • If reservations are not available, contact us and we will give you a refund.
  • For changes and cancellations, contact +82-2-3474-1214.
  • Cash receipts are only available within 3 days prior to the reserved date. Please request in advance as receipts will not be available after the guided date range.
  • For commercial filming or viewing, please consult in advance.

  • Unit prices are available for viewing at the reservation system
  • All units cannot be reserved if the allowed guests are exceeded
  • Infants are counted towards the maximum capacity, but no additional fees are incurred.

CHECKLIST BEFORE RESERVATION 
  • Units cannot be reserved if the maximum allowed guests are exceeded.
  • Infants are taken into account with the maximum allowed capacity.
  • Underage persons without supervisors or pets are not allowed.
  • Visitors that have not reserved a unit are prohibited to enter the premises. The guest will be accounted for if such circumstances occur.
  • For visitors staying for 2 nights, towels will not be renewed and cleaning will not be provided.
  • For visitors staying for more than 3 nights, towel renewals and cleaning will be provided.


REFUND POLICY
  • Please refer to the below table for the refund amounts
  • Refunds are made after checking if the account holder’s name is identical to the payment account, and penalty fees are deducted
  • Credit cards or NaverPay transactions can be refunded with deductions to the penalty fees with cancellation.
  • Refunds cannot be made from 3 days prior to check-in.

※ A 100% refund can be made if documents of proof are provided for plane/ship delays due to weather
